> Right to education and training
> Right to negotiate together with employer, with provider - time, place, mode of delivery, and choice of assessor.
> Right to have necessary resources for education and training.
> Right to express dissatisfaction with poor quality of education and training.
> Right to cede learnership to another provider should the contracted provider fail to do so.
> Right to proper assessment and its result.
> Right to training until qualified
> Right to certification.
> Right to fair hearing in disciplinary matters. Work for an employer as part of a Learning Process.
> Learner to comply with workplace policies, procedures.
> Learner to complete timesheets or any written assessment tools.
> Learner to attend all study periods.
